The phrases
다 해서 얼마예요?
da haeseo eolmayeyo?
How much altogether?
다 해서 = 'doing it all', i.e. in total.
카드 되나요?
kadeu doenayo?
Do you take card?
-나요? is a softer, more tentative question ending than -아/어요?
좀 깎아 주세요
jom kkakka juseyo
Could you knock a bit off?
깎다 = to shave down. 깎아 주세요 is the standard haggle.
봉투 주세요
bongtu juseyo
Could I have a bag?
봉투 = bag / envelope. Expect to be charged for it.
영수증 주세요
yeongsujeung juseyo
Could I have a receipt?
영수증 = receipt.
이거 입어 봐도 돼요?
igeo ibeo bwado dwaeyo?
Can I try this on?
입다 = to wear. -아/어 보다 (to try) plus -도 돼요? (may I) stack neatly.
다른 색 있어요?
dareun saek isseoyo?
Do you have another colour?
다른 = other, different.
더 큰 사이즈 있어요?
deo keun saijeu isseoyo?
Do you have a bigger size?
사이즈 is one of many English loanwords — 커피, 카드, 버스, 택시 all work like this.

그냥 = just, no particular reason. It is enormously useful.
이걸로 할게요

이걸로 is 이것으로 shortened: 'with this one'.
교환할 수 있어요?

Can I exchange this?
교환 = exchange, 환불 = refund.
현금으로 낼게요
hyeongeumeuro naelgeyo
I'll pay cash
현금 = cash. (으)로 again marks the means.
