-(으)ㄹ 수 있어요 = 'can / is possible'.

저기요 = how you flag down a stranger.

Is there a subway station around here?
이 근처 = around here. Note the sound of 지하철역: the ㄹ doubles and it comes out 'ji-ha-cheol-lyeok'.

How do I get there?
어떻게 = how. 어떻게 해요? = what do I do? 어떻게 가요? = how do I get there?
버스로 삼십 분 걸려요

(으)로 = by, via. 버스로, 지하철로, 걸어서 (on foot). 걸리다 = to take (time).
저기 신호등에서 오른쪽으로 가세요

Turn right at the traffic light
오른쪽 right, 왼쪽 left, 쪽 = side. Korean doesn't really say 'turn' here — it says 'go towards the right'.
