I love you
Drop the 요 (saranghae) for casual/cute.
보고 싶어요
bogo sipeoyo
I miss you
-고 싶다 = to want to. Korean misses people by wanting to see them.
예뻐요
yeppeoyo
You're pretty
예쁘다 loses its ㅡ before an ending: 예쁘 becomes 예뻐. Said of people and things alike.
좋아해요
joahaeyo
I like you
좋아하다 = to like something. 좋다 = to be good — 좋아요 describes the thing, 좋아해요 describes you.
잘 자요
jal jayo
Good night
Casual: 잘 자 (jal ja).
행복해요
haengbokaeyo
I'm happy
행복 = happiness; add 하다 and it becomes a verb. A great many Korean words work exactly this way.
