얼마 = how much, and 예요 is the same to-be you met in 뭐예요.

화장실이 어디예요?

Where's the bathroom?
화장실 = bathroom.
도와주세요
dowajuseyo
Please help me
돕다 is a ㅂ verb: 돕 becomes 도와. Then -아/어 주세요 = please do it for me.
잠깐만요

Just a moment
잠깐 = a moment, 만 = just. 잠시만요 is the politer twin.
여기 자리 있어요?
yeogi jari isseoyo?
Is this seat taken?
Literally 'is there a seat here?' — the answer 네 means the seat IS free.
화장실 좀 써도 돼요?
hwajangsil jom sseodo dwaeyo?
May I use the toilet?
쓰다 = to use, and the ㅡ drops: 써요, 써도.
와이파이 비밀번호가 뭐예요?
waipai bimilbeonhoga mwoyeyo?

비밀 = secret, 번호 = number.

포장 = wrapping, packaging. For eating in, say 여기서 먹을게요.

근처 = nearby, vicinity. 편의점 = convenience store.
